“I left it really late to order and paid the extra charge not really knowing whether it would arrive on time. I telephoned the Badge Centre to check on delivery and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. He assured me of the despatch date and first class delivery and sure enough I received it just in time for my grandson's birthday. Thank you for an excellent service and a great personalised badge.”

“Beautiful quality. The photo I sent in was a little pixelated so I worried how it would look on the badge but it looked better on the badge than it did on my phone! Lovely finish and not cheaply done. Very happy!”

Hi, glad you like the badge! I am surprised by your 'pin to flimsy' comment as we have never had such feedback. We use standard industry wide materials sourced from a UK supplier and we send out tens of thousands of badges monthly and have done for 6 years, with no complaints regarding the quality of the components. We are in fact so pleased with our components and the feedback that we receive that we have never looked to source alternative cheaper options, as quality is always at the top of our priorities.
