“What can I say but that I'm really impressed with the badge centre. I ordered badges for my friend's 50th & they are fab...exactly what I envisioned. Only issue was that I had free delivery until the bulk buy discount kicked in & then I ended up paying 40p more, not a huge amount but it did make me chuckle. All in all I'm really happy with the badges & think my friend will love them ????”

“I ordered my badge on 9th July, still haven't received it. Have sent an email requesting an update and heard nothing. Have rang numerous times and no answer and then you have the cheek to send me an email asking me to rate my experience ????”

Not really sure what to say, but clearly something is a miss in some way. Firstly I can see your order was dispatched weeks ago and you sent us an email shortly afterwards for a status update, which I personally replied too and have had no response. I am sorry your badge did not arrive but my response did give you options (replacement or refund). With regards to not answering phones, we are here every weekday and our phones are working perfectly fine. All our incoming and outgoing calls are logged for 12 months, but as there was no number provided with your order I am unable to search for your 'calls' to check when and what time you 'tried to call'. Oddly enough, I note that you have been able to contact us to cancel a different order that you made in error?? The full amount of £2.50 (including postage) for the missing order has already been refunded.
