“I ordered my badges on the 11th Oct. It's now the 24th. I've never been sent a proof and despite numerous emails and a phone conve rsation still nothing. Today no one answering the phone. Until now I have been polite bit I'm reaching the end of my tether. I wanted the badges for this coming Monday and thought I had ordered in plenty of time. Have you gone into receivership?”

“A good badge and the image is spot on - I will be ordering more - despatched within the timescale quoted - it is important to realize its 5 working days after receipt of the order but that is fine - a nice piece of work, good definition and placing of the artwork. :-)”

“I would never have thought of a personalised badge until I attended a party and saw one. What a lovely idea! I found The Badge Centre online and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I ordered the camouflage badge and put a black and white photo in to celebrate my sisters 60th. I have just received my order and how delighted I am!! The badges arrived before due date and not only am I really pleased with the size, they are such great value for money for the quality of the badge. Cannot wait to use them. Thank you The Badge Centre - I will be back!!”

“Placed an order for 200 badges in July and have still haven’t been sent them, 3 months later. The company doesn’t answer the phone or reply to any of my emails chasing the order. They were fast to reply to email queries before I placed the order so I can only assume it is a scam and they never intended to send the badges once receiving payment”

“There was an issue with delivery and I had to phone up to find out where my order was. Fortunately it was sent out by special delivery immediately and I received it just in time for the event. Swift response from customer services was much appreciated and the badges were perfect.”
