“They sent the wrong size badges at first (25mm instead of 38mm) but this was rectified immediately, I got to keep the 25mm ones and the replecments were expedited and arrived the following day.”

“Disappointing service arrived 3 days past the birthday date...but then you could pay the ramped up quicker delivery time charge if you want them sooner other than rely on the 5 day processing time and the additional time it takes to the post them and deliver them. Not a good customer business model.”

You had 3 options during checkout, you chose the slowest and cheapest one “ Dispatch in 5 working days - by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery”. The fact that you refer to the quicker option (which yes cost more) mean you where fully aware of the options, but decided against them. Should we really do them quicker, for no extra charge? You ordered on the afternoon of the 9th and your order left a day earlier than the 5 working days. You put no reference to a deadline and declined a faster service. The ‘model’ is clear, you order and chose your preferences during checkout..... which you did. Your order left a day earlier than selected but it would appear that you required more than you where willing to pay, which is not really a business model issue. Your order total, including postage and VAT was £3.70 (for 2 of our largest badges). I will arrange a refund of your order.

“The products were as expected, however the communication was absolutely appalling!!! I wanted to make sure my items would arrive in time for an occasion so I tried to contact you in various ways but I did not get one response back! I called 3 times (where it just rung out and no option to leave a message), I completed the web form and also emailed but I had no response.”

Hi, sorry for your concerns I see your email to us was sent by replying to your order confirmation, which had in red and bold "You selected: Dispatch in 5 working days - by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery) for £1.50 GBP during checkout - your order will be processed to meet this request.". We are an internet based company with limited phone support and we reply to messages a soon as possible.
