“Ordered a badge for a hen do as a prototype. I picked the wrong delivery option when ordering more. The Badge Centre gave me a full refund as the badges were not going to get to me in time for the event. Shame as the prototype was great. I didn't even as for a refund, they just did it! Very good customer service”

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that we have replied to all 3 messages that you have sent us. Your order was awaiting a reply to an email from our studio. The artwork you submitted was not usable for the badge size that you selected. You submitted a non-editable png but requested that we make changes which could not be done. Accordingly we have not been able to proceed. Can I recommend that you check your spam folder or login to your online account to check we have the correct email. In the meantime we will arrange for your order to be refunded.

“I have used The Badge Centre a few times now. Excellent product and service. My recent batch of 150 badges arrived on time (thanks). Their website 'track-my-order' indicator could have been updated better with progress to stop me sweating a little since the badges were for an event. However, great service, I'll use them again.”
