“I placed an order for some simple text-only badges but no badges were sent (I waited four weeks). When I wrote to ask where my badges were, a refund was issued. No explanation. No apology. I wrote again to ask why and, thus far, my email has been ignored.”

Thanks for your order and feedback. I can see from your order that out if the 5 sizes of badges that we offer, you chose the smallest badge size that we offer. Sizes are made clear and the 25mm badge.... is 25mm.. which is about the size of a pound coin.
