“I am superimpressed by this company...I was unsure at first as I had to pay upfront, but they sent me a proof by email and then 2 actual badges for our committee to see. When we chose the one we wanted it was delivered within 48 hours...excellent service and very nice people to talk to.”

“Product good quality but my initial order was printed incorrectly, they did email back when allerted but not for a day or two and then just said they’d mark a replacement order as urgent, that took a week. Two emails chasing it remain unanswered. Product good, communication not so much :-/”

“Order received quickly.I requested seeing a sample prior to delivery, as the photograph wasn't a very good one, however I received no response to the request. The badges turned out ok.”

Thanks for your feedback, glad the badges turned out okay. With regards to the proof, you did ask to see a sample 'if possible'. As you chose a template design we do not send out proofs. This is simply as we only replace the sample text with yours, and the sample photo with yours. There is no extra work or changes made to template designs. In such an instance a proof would be redundant as the photo would look exactly the same if we emailed it to you, as when you uploaded it for us to use.

I can confirm we have replied to each of your emails, each with the same response. Before we could proceed, we needed you to approve the artwork proof. Without your approval we where unable to continue with your order. Each reply contained the proof but to date we have not had a reply.
