“Although the badges say Michael, my name is Dave as it says in my email address. I placed the order on the 3rd Feb but yet to receive anything. I have emailed for an update but not received a reply. I can’t say anything positive as my experience has not been a good one.”

Hi Thanks for your review. I can see however that you where sent a message the same day you ordered regarding the image that you provided, asking you how you would like for us to proceed. The image you uploaded was square but you ordered a circular badge. If we added your image to a circular badge lots of the image would be lost. If you login to your customer area you will see the message we sent, at the same time you would have had a copy of the message sent to the email address you provided.

“The badge quality is fantastic, price was great and the delivery was speedy. I explain how I would like the picture on the badge but it came through different. I’m still happy with them but wasn’t quite how I’d asked for. Still very very good”

Thanks for your review and I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. I See quite clearly from your order that you ordered the following: 5 x Pink Customisable Birthday Photo Badge Product Total £4.75 Product Badge Size: 50mm Badge Upload Photo: FB_IMG_1548424108346.jp Name: HIDDEN Age: HIDDEN If you look at your confirmation email that was sent to you at 25 Jan 2019 13:52:13 you will clearly see what was ordered. This would also have been visible on your checkout and if you look at the invoice in your packaging. You where sent a birthday badge with a custom name / age because that is exactly what you ordered.
