The experience is... I get a marketing message that aligns with my desire to reduce waste, you say you can help and you have a returnable/refillable solution. To me that sounds amazing so i order your starter pack only to find that the key element to your offering is missing! I can't return my pack! I need to re-order or I knew order at the same time a return pack. Which means you aren't offering me complete, seamless, east etc solution. You are making me do extra work. I might as well go to the shop.
I wouldn't mind if it was just integrated and raised the price of the overall product.
