So sorry to hear this. There has been a change, so I imagine it’s not you doing anything wrong.
The update was lab tested though, and while there was no “statistical differences” between the two formulations, there was in fact some improvements in the newer formulation - so we’re not quite sure what could be happening.
The change will probably explain the change in smell you can perceive though. There is still eucalyptus in the scent, but and adjustment of the ingredients will have an ever so slightly different impact on the scent. We’re impressed by your nose, it’s only ever so slightly impacted the scent!
The good news is that we have kept some of the original formula and are more than happy to replace your latest order with it if you would prefer? Just let us know! 😊
