“I will be making a formal complaint as I ordered and paid for two boxes of ten face masks each plus delivery charge and actually received only two individual face masks. Sheer carelessness and no attention to the order.”

“Thank you for being so prompt in sending me this full face mask and filters, I couldn't fault the delivery, I had only ordered it the previous day! The straps are easy to adjust once on the head and I am sure I will be able to negotiate the visor and my glasses if I take care. I am sure I will be comfortable and able to work with my bees without fogging up the visor. I will let you know otherwise! Thanks again.”

“I just bought a few individual valved 3M FFP3 masks because of the good price, which was probably because the expiry date is only 7 months away. Delivery was free (but won't be from January), so the overall price was good and delivery was very fast. Excellent service. The only drawback, which applies also to my other mask supplier, is that the expiry date does not appear on the mask packaging. It probably appears on the box, which I don't have, and it was mentioned on the website. It would be nice to state the expiry date on each batch of masks supplied.”

“These masks are ideal for glasses with hearing aids!!!- so much easier to wear, and no problems with elastic fittings round ears that pull out hearing aids!!! There is also good ‘breathing room when wearing the mask. Thank you!”

“I have no problem giving The Face Mask Store 5* as they are extremely efficient and I received my order within a couple of days. They have a good variety of protective masks but I tend to stick with the NEQI as they are very comfortable to wear , in fact I sometimes forget that I am a mask plus they are washable . Highly recommend”
