“Paid for what was very clearly labled royal mail next day delivery and 2 days later my parcel was still pending, when I complained I was told that I should have looked at another page to find out for that I needed to have ordered by 12 noon and not 4.20 pm which was not mentioned on the box where I selected delivery type”

“Had to phone up to sort out a change of delivery address for an order. The issue was resolved quickly, communication was easy and efficient! On top of that the masks fit well and are comfortable. Very grateful!!”

“Still an excellent website to find a choice of masks, delivered on time as ordered. Disappointed at the current price of a small pack of FFP3 that only had rubber bands around back of head (would be deemed inadequate for most clinical settings requiring this filtration grade for this reason). Elastic banded masks would be more appopriate at this price point.”

“+ if you order from EU they already take care of customs + customer service helpful when box of masks I had originally ordered where out of stock - masks ordered in Oct 25 will already expire in Dec 25 :-(((”

“My oreders are delivered promply on items that are in stock. On the other hand, there appears to be a long wait on items that are out of stock to become available although I am on the waitlist. This includes labels to send in masks for recycling.”

“The Face Mask Store is my go to when I want to buy a new supply of FFP3s. I’m a repeat customer which tells you everything. They stock a good range of masks for every situation, and you can ring them for advice. Deliveries are always on time so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”
