“Always arrive promptly by Royal Mail unlike other carriers who often deliver to wrong address. However I was disappointed that several masks that I tried to purchase were out of stock.”

“While I find the website a bit hard to use and there are often things out of stock, what I really appreciate and value is how easy it is to call and talk to a helpful human. This is a real rarity these days and being able to phone is something that will keep me returning. The shipping is also speedy and reasonable.”

“I wanted some FFP3 masks as the ones I had were out of date. I managed to buy 2 lots but the ones I really wanted were out of stock. So I signed in for receiving an email when they are back in stock. I always get our masks from The Face Mask Store for the variety and quality of the products.”

“I purchased 4 masks in beige hoping they would be skintone, sadly they were quite dark. They were extremely comfortable, but one fell apart across the top within the hour. But for this they would have been 5 star even though the colour was not what I hoped for.”

“I bought masks suitable for an MRI scan. The mask store information on the masks was excellent. From ordering through to delivery, I was kept fully informed and the masks arrived in good condition and on time. I was a little concerned that it might be difficult to breathe in the masks as they are not respirator masks, but I did not need to fear, the masks had an excellent seal, were very comfortable to wear and as they are a cup shape - off the face - I was able to breathe easy. I will certainly be a regular customer from now on.”
