“I have ordered these masks before and they are very good, so I ordered some more to go on holiday, and paid extra for them to arrive in 3 working days. They did not arrive in the specified time and I have yet to receive this box of masks, as they were taken back to the sorting office because I had left for holiday when they arrived.”

“Maybe my masks came from a bad batch, however I had one where the straps broke before I could use it. I was then sent 3 more as a good will gesture however two of those went the same way as the first. I wasnt happy.”

“I orderd FFP3 masks but got FFP2 instead, unfortunately i didnt notice till i'd opened it to go out, so no refund. not impressed they could get the two mixed up. UPDATE Without having to contact then, when the company discovered what had happened they said they were sending new masks, i wasnt expecting that, so i'll be using then in the future.”
