“I’ve lost 1st 3lb in 8 weeks following the ketogenic vegetarian plan. I like the fact that it’s scientifically evidence-based and, with the mindfulness and exercise practices, it offers a holistic programme. I have another 4 weeks on this plan then I’ll use a transition plan to one of the maintenance plans. It’s truly a solution for life.”
“The app is a little off, the food is good I still made my own foods within guide of Mediterranean style when I was well behaved.
I feel the Noom program was better for the fact it did daily education on which foods are all the time and sometimes foods as well faster check ins and more motivations.
As well with check backs from the fast 800 I don't want a list of articles to read, just an answer even if it's ball pack or exact”

“I love the app! The ingredients list is helpful, but it can be tricky to get the whole week’s shopping at once.

“I have followed the Fast 800 diet for twelve weeks and have lost one stone in weight( I need to lose maybe another 4 pounds) I am in my sixties and putting on weight is easy( despite being active and generally eaty healthily) I tried the app( I have previously used the WW app) but the Fast800 app just did not suit me, I think maybe it offers too much! I read the Fast800 book by Michael Moseley and two Fast800 recipe books and was hooked and loved the diet. The weight did not fall off as predicted but a steady 1-11/2 lbs per week. I will continue with this eating and two ‘fasting days’. The books suited me so much better than the app and thanks to them I feel I am back to my old self! Just hope I can stay there!”

“A good way of eating, however I have recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and find it extremely difficult to get options for dairy free, as there are lots of cheese on this diet. I would have thought it would be easy to set the programme to do this, but I have to change an engine in the search bar, which is really frustrating. Also it would be nice to have a texture setting for meals, as we had the prawn bhuna last night and it was awful and I needed a crunch.”

“The concept is great. I liked the mindful sessions and exercise videos and was hoping for more meals in line with the books, as I have lost weight with these in the past.
But I found these menus too ingredient heavy, or unaffordable. Hence I requested a refund, which I received in full.”
“I’ve finally managed to shift my menopausal weight gain . The food has been very tasty and easy to follow . The only downside is the recipe selection it would have been better if you could select ingredients you don’t like and alternatives you could use could be added instead . On the whole I would thoroughly recommend this diet way of eating just a few tweaks with the app on recipes and it would be 5 out of 5”
