“I found all the different diet options confusing. I only manged to do one week, i guess if you want to eat what they suggest, it may be fine, but i wanted to swap every meal, which takes ages, so other than the 1st week when i was really keen, i have not bothered. there is no actual contact other than emails each week to encourage or help so if you are looking for support, you would probably be better at a weekly class, no one appears to have noticed that i have not logged in to the app from week 2. I have not followed it so needless to say i am still the same weight as when i started!”

“Not overly impressed by the Fast 800 - their main aim seems to be to turn everyone into a vegetarian. Some meals were very tasty, but a lot of work to produce a small meal. The programme seems more suited to those who want to lose 20-30kgs, or whose diet is poor, whereas my diet was quite well balanced & I only wanted to lose 7kgs & although I seriously stuck to the plan, in 12 weeks I have only lost 3.5kgs. Better than nothing, but a lot of work for very little gain.
The exercise programme was excellent. Easy to follow, very doable (with effort) & effective. I loved how everything was timed & you just had follow along without thinking too much. Even though they were just faces on a screen, Pascal & Chrissy had such a lovely manner & made it feel like alI exercises were achievable. What I have learned is that I can live very well while eating less food & exercise is not such a drag.”

“Some good recipes in the programme but that’s pretty much it. Really limited community interaction so it’s not very engaging like Noom is for example. I find that interaction really motivating, so Fast 800 has been disappointing in that respect, I rarely check in unless I need a recipe.”

“The meals are lovely. I followed the plan for the first two/three weeks then was busy with Christmas and my daughter’s wedding plans. I didn’t follow it for a few weeks then thought I’d cancel the subscription in case I forgot at the end of the 12 weeks and be charged monthly thereafter. I emailed to say I wasn’t using it and could I put it on hold for a few weeks and was told that since I had cancelled the plan it had to end after the 12 weeks and I’d lose any information after that time. I feel like I’ve wasted £119. I thought more of this company than this standard of customer service.”

I am sorry for any confusion regarding your cancelled programme and hope I can clarify things now for you.
I can see that our customer support team mentioned that you would lose your access to the programme at the end of the 12 weeks and that if you would like to come back to your current programme, you would be able to by logging back in and going through the checkout process to resubscribe.
