“Shipment was delayed because of high demand and lack of supply - not their fault - but even so, they were incredibly kind and credited me £5 worth of points to make up for it. I'll surely be spending them in the new year! When the item came into stock, I received it the next day. Lovely company.”

“I am very impressed with the service. My emails were responded to efficiently and honestly. Despite the delay in getting stock to fulfil my order I received the item as promised. Having never bought from The Game Collection before and knowing the item was selling out everywhere fast I was nervous placing the order as the item was a Christmas present. When my order was showing as still processing for a few days my fears of being let down started. I emailed customer service and a reply came the following day assuring me that stock was on the way and it would be sent out to me as soon as it came in. Another email a week later asking for an update and a reply came advising that the stock was taking longer to arrive than anticipated but would be shipped immediately. The item arrived yesterday in plenty of time for Christmas! I have no hesitation in buying from the Game Collection again. Thank you.”
