“Don't touch this company. Bunch of cowboys. Had a problem with the dishwasher paid £176 problem re- occurred next day no engineer has shown up on 2 rearranged appointments”
“The mechanism for raising and lowering the plug in my wash basin was not working. The plumber replaced the plug and said everything was ok. I was charged a total of £180 for 15 mins work. The plug was the incorrect size and the mechanism still did not work. I got someone else in who just tightened up a bolt and the problem was fixed. He did not charge me as it only took 5 mins.What poor service.”
“Scam company just charged me £150 for an 18 minute visit only to tell me I needed a boiler engineer which I thought I was getting anyway. They should never be allowed to trade”

“Organised a plumber in my area Southampton through this company who charged me a call out fee of £60.00. The first plumber wanted to charge me a further £65.00 call out fee. After many calls to Home Services they put me on to another plumber. I cancelled the plumber and Home Services are refusing to repay the call out fee. Don’t use them!”
