“I’ve dealt with Giacomo the last two times I needed a new mortgage, and the most recent time I also dealt with Andy Holding. Both couldn’t do enough to help. I was particularly stressed (due to other external factors) and sent them many messages asking for updates; they were understanding, reassuring and very helpful. They replied promptly and customer service is an obvious priority for them. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a new mortgage. They’ll get you the best rates and the best deals as well.”

“David has been incredible throughout the whole process of our mortgage renewal. Given the current uncertainty around rates and finances he has made what could have been a really stressful process so easy. He was patient, thorough and really took his time to ensure we have the best product possible. He is personable and trustworthy, keeping us informed at every stage. We will be returning to him in the future and can’t recommend him enough!”

“Luke Ollerhead was extremely helpful and understanding in helping us find a suitable lender. To make his job challenging, we were buying a Grade II listed property with single skin construction. In addition, one of us is a US citizen who is here on a BRP. Happily he found us a competitive deal which a lender that accepted our situation within a very short time.”

“I was very sceptical when calling the mortgage hut as I had previously been turned down by lenders in the past. However, I thought what have I got to loose? On initial call in July 23 an appointment was booked and I had a call from Steve who took a copy of my credit report and talked me through what will happen next. He explained, in detail the full process and cost. In a matter of a week Steve called and said he had me a mortgage in principal. I looked for a home and put an offer in. On calling the company to confirm I was ready to apply I found out Steve had left the company and was handed over to Luke. Luke was brilliant and was up to date on my case showing a good handover was given. Luke proceeded with the application and in a devastating blow I was declined. Luke phoned to give me the news but explained he had another option and to try applying for this new lender. Again I was sceptical, however, gave it one last try. I got it! Luke was brilliant and took me through the whole process and secured the mortgage. There was a lot of paperwork and evidence required which would have scrambled my mind. Luke just told me what I needed and when for. He took care of everything. Once the mortgage was approved and solicitors where doing their process Luke was always on the end of the phone with an army of experts and after care team. Luke watch this process from start to finish having his team update me at every corner. I moved in yesterday. I have a mortgage property, something I never thought would happen. If you are finding getting a mortgage difficult, I suggest giving the mortgage hut a try. Friendly, professional, and exceptionally good customer service and support. This company will go above and beyond to help you.”
