“As first time buyers the mortgage hut really took the stress out of mortgage process. Couldn't recommend them enough, everything is explained from start to finish, their regular updates keep you in the loop and they're quick responding to any questions you might have. Steve and Nichola have been very professional and supportive throughout, it was a seamless experience.”

“First of all, I must say that Oliver and Nicola are an exceptional team. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail are truly outstanding. From the very beginning, Oliver took the time to understand my unique financial situation and provided me with clear and concise advice on the best mortgage options for me. His knowledge of the mortgage market and his ability to negotiate with lenders helped me secure an excellent deal that was well within my budget. Nicola was equally impressive in her role as a Mortgage Administrator. She was always available to answer my questions and provided me with regular updates on the progress of my application. Her meticulous approach to paperwork and her excellent communication skills made the entire process stress-free and seamless. Working with Oliver and Nicola was a pleasure from start to finish. They were always friendly, professional, and proactive in ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. In conclusion, if you are looking for a mortgage broker and administrator who are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend Oliver Regester and Nicola Shera. “I am very pleased with service received from The Mortgage Hut. I am a first time buyer and really little to no idea about what we were getting into but Amy Hinder really helped by going through everything in detail. She was pretty much available to answer any questions, concerns or queries that I had. Nichola Sherar was also very helpful in making sure that our lender was able to receive all the right documents needed for the application in a timely manner. I received an offer from the lender just 3 days after the application was sent. The service was very efficient and effective!”

“I had a special case and having a mortgage was really difficult for me but with the help of mortgage hut I was able to get a mortgage.Although I got less amount than what was required but still it was something. My adviser Kieren was very professional and he did all my application very quickly. For admin works Natasha was very helpful. She had been very prompt in submitting paperwork and provided regular updates. Overall I am happy with the my experience and recommend them.”

“This is the second time I have used the Mortgage Hut. Daniel Dawkins has been amazing in supporting us through the process. He explains everything to us in a way we understand and is easy to get in touch with. He has gone above and beyond for us, even helping us with other queries about the sale of our house and purchase of a new house, which we have really appreciated. I’m so glad I came back to Daniel for help with our next mortgage. I cannot recommend him and the Mortgage Hut enough. Thank you.”
