“I bought 2 hats that showed in stock from the Park Wholesale but only received one in the mail. I contacted customer service and was told I’d have to wait about a month + to receive the other hat or I could get a refund. I told them I could just wait and it was fine. A month goes by and I get an email from Park wholesale that my my was being refunded because I guess they were never getting my hat in stock. I was really bummed out because it was a specific color “Quarry” that I was looking forward to. The only recommendation I have is don’t list items and allow customers to pay for them when they are out of stock and the possibility you will never get that item. It was really disappointing . Thanks, Chris”

“these are quality hats. my biggest problem is that the one size fit all thing really sucks cause i dont fall into that category. the black hat fit better then the blue hat, the size was off a bit. but I really love the richardson hats, they are nicely made and the attention to detail. it will be my choice of hats.”

“We are a retailer and use The Park Wholesale when our normal supplier doesn't have the hats we want in stock or our customers make a special request for a hat we can't source. They've always come through for us. I knocked a star as shipping to the East Coast (we're in GA) takes forever. I'm not entirely sure why it takes as long as it does to process orders and ship, but it does.”

“The Park Wholesale has a great selection of hats. I'm so happy that I found a supplier that also offers the Richardson name brand in different sizes, as this is what most customers want, and I can cater to the ladies as well! I just wish they'd offer free shipping for at least a $100 order.”
