“To be honest a bit frustrated with this last purchase. I ordered several types of hats. Only half the order showed up. Then I had to call to find out that the were out of stalk of what I ordered. They offered to refund or send out a different style. I chose a new style it was slightly high cost. Was not offered a discount to help off set some of the cost. Then I paid the difference and the hats did not ship until I called a week later to find out what was going on.”

“Ordered specifically because of stated “low profile crown”. Hat is no different than any other hat. Had a few friends try it on and hit all of their ears. The reason I ordered this specific model is because the manufacturer claimed it was a low crown. If that’s the case, their regular must be huge. It is the quality you would expect for the price point… cheap. Gave this and 2 others.”
