“So far the app is incredibly glitchy. It glitched, ended a treatment after 1 minute and counted that as a full treatment. I called customer service who kept saying that I ended the treatment pre-maturely and accusing me of doing it when I was insisting that their app glitched. They could not fathom a glitch nor admit to it and kept saying “this was you.” It used an entire treatment. Customer service is literally pointless. This is the second time I’ve called them. The first was a glitch with their website where I couldn’t check out and the first person just got rude and said “yes it happens what do you want me to do about it?” I called again and the Second Lady realized it was a problem and escalated it to IT to have it rectified. I swear their customer service is garbage. Is the device worth all this? Doubtful. I’ve let others know to stay away in migraine forums. What a dumpster fire”

Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. Please consult with your healthcare provider for any additional questions.

This will allow you to get accustomed to using the device and app, set the intensity level to an optimal level, and experience the in-app Guided Imagery, Education and Relaxation (GIER) feature available during your 45-minute Nerivio sessions. “There is no relief in severe pain which I have daily morning Today morning was first use of Nerivio which did not give relief Two times Nerivio used for Discomfort without pain and I got relief from discomfort in head. Nerivio used in 3 sessions”

“Nerivio is a really important tool for managing my migraines. The side-effect-free treatment has been a key for me to be able to keep functioning at work or home while waiting for my rescue meds to kick in. “I’ve done 3 treatments in 6 days, Nerivio has changed my life. I can function where usually I would be man down at least 2 days post migraine. I did not have to take my usual medication, huge improvement on Nerivio. My pain is tolerable.”

Glad to hear it, Inderjit! Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month.
