Hi, Valerie. We're sorry to hear you have not experienced relief of your migraine after using Nerivio but encourage you to complete a few more sessions to see if it will work for you. It is important to follow some key tips: 1. Based on the usage directions from your healthcare provider, treat early for effective accute treatment and/or treat regularly every other day for effective migraine prevention. 2. Set an intensity that is strong but comfortable. Use the + to increase the intensity until it feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. Consult with your healthcare provider if you have questions about your treatment approach and feel free to contact Nerivio Cares customer support if you need assistance with your REN wearable (📩 support@nerivio.com / 📞 866-637-4846).

“Honestly, I have only used the device a few times. The fist time, my headache was so bad and I don't think I got it in time. I had taken so much medicine and then used the device. It was one I just had to ride out because nothing was going to help. The second use was amazing. It took the headache away almost immediately. Today, it has lessened the intensity. For that I am grateful. Considering my limited use and to be objective, I would rate the Nerivia device an 8 out of 10. I think that with continued use, my rating will increase.”

“I missed several days My first month Migraines are milder and one key associated symptom related to the second branch of the Trigeminal nerve has almost vanished. Nerivio seems to be working.”

For migraine prevention, the treatment should be performed every other day, regardless of migraine status (e.g., whether you have migraine or not on the day of the treatment). “I had a very bad (level 8 pain) migraine for 2 dsys and got the Nerivio and did my first 45 minute session it relived some of my pain (3)! I can’t believe it! To me, it works! If you experiencing any pain it’s worth a try!”

“I have taken 5 episode till today, only first time I had to take medicine after taking nerivio episode. Then I don't need to take medicine, instant relief from pain. Just one thing I m experienced that feeling sleepy after taking episode.”

Hi, Sejal. We’re glad you’ve experienced relief and have been able to decrease medication reliance. Feeling sleepy or tired during Nerivio treatment is not listed as a typical adverse event. The most common side effects are temporary and localized to the arm, including warmth, tingling, numbness, pain, redness, or muscle spasms. These effects usually disappear shortly after treatment ends. Consult with your healthcare provider if this reaction persists, if your migraine worsens, if an allergic reaction occurs, or if there are any other concerns. “Nerivio is easy to use and at first I had my doubts about it working but after the first couple of uses, it works out pretty good for me. I haven’t had to use any rescue meds in a very long time.”
