“I love this device! Every migraine is different so I works like a medication…sometimes it works to relieve the migraine and sometimes it doesn’t. I love having a medication free option to try before having to use Ubrevly.”

“I am currently receiving botox injections every 3 months for a year, which has worked wonders on quieting my previously daily migraines with severe nausea and light and sound sensitivity. They literally took over my life. Now for the 6-8 much more moderate headaches per month I'm getting, Nerivio is the ONLY thing that works for me. I've tried every medication out there, I believe, and if they do anything, my migraine is back in 2-3 hours. As long as I catch it early, within 15 minutes or so, Nerivio knocks it out for the day. You really have to dial it up as high as you can tolerate and then do something else while you sit there to distract yourself. This is how I've found it works the best. Personally I set it on 50. Amazing!”

“I was introduced to Nerivio about 2 years ago.i was prescribed migraine medication as well. I found that using the Nerivio along with managing triggers of my migraines have reduced my migraine days and intensity. I would recommend it to anyone with chronic migraines. It can help more than it would hurt. I have been able to reduce using my prescribed medication and often can overcome my migraine with the Nerivio and Tylenol if I must have a pain med. I still use my prescription for the once in a blue mood knock out migraines. I am happy though with the direction my migraines seem to be going. Thank you to whoever created this device. It has been a game changer for me.”

Thanks for your feedback! Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. This will allow you to get accustomed to using the device and app, set the intensity level to an optimal level, and experience the app's GIER UP! (guided imagery, education and relaxation) video library. For migraine prevention, our clinical trial shows that after 2 weeks of treating with Nerivio every other day, you can already benefit from a reduction in attack frequency. To experience a larger reduction in attack frequency, we recommend treating every other day for 8 weeks, which was shown to lead to a mean reduction of 4 migraine days per month.

Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. Complete a full treatment. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. “Honestly, I have only used the device a few times. The fist time, my headache was so bad and I don't think I got it in time. I had taken so much medicine and then used the device. It was one I just had to ride out because nothing was going to help. The second use was amazing. It took the headache away almost immediately. Today, it has lessened the intensity. For that I am grateful. Considering my limited use and to be objective, I would rate the Nerivia device an 8 out of 10. I think that with continued use, my rating will increase.”
