“I like the ability to continue to perform activities and continue with work. I also like that there aren’t side effects with it. I don’t feel like it always works quite as well as medications but I like that I can use it almost anywhere and don’t need to be worried about drowsiness.”

If your migraine headache is not aborted following treatment, or the headache returns, you may administer additional treatments. We do not have a limit on the number of times you may treat in a day, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use. Please note the following tips on setting the intensity: *For effective treatment, the intensity level should be set at the start of each treatment. *The device maintains the intensity level that you set at the beginning of your treatment for the entire 45 minutes. *We recommend that the intensity level not be changed during the treatment. “It works to take away the pain. Sometimes it is only for a short time. Symptoms such as pressure in the head and exhaustion remain. It takes a few uses to get used to the strange new sensation of using the device. It can be scary at first. The GIER is very helpful. GIER could be a bit more involved with more relaxation techniques.”

“It may have helped once or twice with medication. But not for me really. I would rather try placing on neck but knew I was not supposed to.”

“We wait to have this on if you have to have Bluetooth capability but capability but from the day I got it it hasn't been working it sucks cause I'm not able to cope with the headaches and the device is too expensive for not to be able to work”
