“It helps real good with my migraines. I mean when I get them I'm down. And I've used the device twice and it's done wonders.”

“When I use my Nerivio as I feel my migraines coming on, it helps keep them at a bad headache. Once I have a migraine, my Nerivio helps take the edge off the pain so I can function better.”

“It usually helps slow down or stop my Migraine progression. It doesn’t always alleviate the whole headache, but almost always lessons and alleviates the extraneous and debilitating symptoms (ear ringing, neck stiffness, visual disturbances, and nausea). So convenient and discreet to use. I have used it at work with helpful results.”

“The device definitely helps if I catch the migraine early. When I’m having a bad headache, running the device gives me a bit of pain relief but I wish I could run it multiple times when it’s on my arm without each instance counting toward the total. The app needs work. Would like to see it more extensive like Migraine Buddy OR maybe collaborate with them to tie in together (like Apple Watch does with apps like Map My Walk and MyFitnessPal.”

“Nerivio has helped me be able to me a mom again when my pain spikes to severe. It has been an absolute blessing and a gift to help me fight the pain less on my own. I Am grateful for the Nerivio device. I do wish that you will design it better though, and not limit the patient to only 12 treatments per device. That has been my biggest issue. I realistically need this device for treatments 3 times daily for my Chronic persistent Migraines and also my Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. I hope more treatments will become available in the future per device. Even if the price has to go up.”

“It is helpful in bring the pain down, or delaying the pain of migraine until later in the day. It's very expensive so I don't use it often enough. The device sometimes has trouble connecting to bluetooth. You should send a return label with each order so it is easy to recycle the device. Thank you”

“If I catch a migraine early enough and use Nerivio, I sometimes am able to stave off the migraine. It usually comes back, but Nerivio has allowed me to get through days I might otherwise have missed out on due to migraine. I very much wish that the devices had more sessions built into them. Having to get an entirely new device, armband, etc. every 12 sessions or so feels very wasteful.”

Thank you for your helpful feedback. Theranica made the choice to have Nerivio be disposable at this time. When rechargable batteries become less expensive and lighter weight this choice will be reconsidered. Contact support@nerivio.com with your mailing address and we will send you a prepaid envelope for recycling the devices.

“It’s sometimes difficult to get Nerivio setup & going when a migraine has started - often I ask my spouse to help - but I like using it, especially with the guided imagery/meditation. I prefer either it or Cefaly as first line of treatment over medication, and usually can do without meds when using it.”

“It helps, but it feels so wasteful. I wish it was rechargeable, or the batteries and pads could be changed, etc. I'd rather pay more up front and not end up with so much plastic waste, etc. There are times I delay using it until it's too late to be effective because of the 12-use limit per device.”

“Nerivio has been absolutely life-changing for me. I’m more days migraine-free than ever before and I truly feel like I have my life back. The only feedback that I have is I wish that the guided imagery telling you what is going on would last for the whole treatment. As of right now, it only lasts for part of the treatment so I have to keep replaying it and hearing the same stuff over and over when it’s no longer relevant. Perhaps you guys could create a longer guided option?”

“It's expensive after the first time for me. It does help, but I have to weigh benefit versus cost. Can't you just pack the tems unit without all of the accessories for less?”

“I believe it works with my current rescues. I appreciate that it’s not another typical medicine. I find it helps me to relax and break the migraine cycle easier. I feel I am more clear headed after my migraine breaks if I’ve been able to use my nerivio. I’d really like to see if my insurance will accept it. I haven’t tried that yet.”

“It generally helps when I have a migraine, either to "distract" me which allows me to fall asleep, which ultimately helps get rid of the headache, and it also, if I use it in time, helps get rid of the pain.”

“I like it so much better since it has the music and relaxation part. It wasn’t any help before that because I only focused on the pain. You need more than the initial 5 minutes to do the Questions in the beginning. I’ve started a couple times and something happened or went wrong and I couldn’t answer the questions. It really upset me especially the last time. It just changed to the next minute as I picked it up and I was too late”
