“I like it so much better since it has the music and relaxation part. It wasn’t any help before that because I only focused on the pain. You need more than the initial 5 minutes to do the Questions in the beginning. I’ve started a couple times and something happened or went wrong and I couldn’t answer the questions. It really upset me especially the last time. It just changed to the next minute as I picked it up and I was too late”

“It is helpful about 70% of the time. It has helped keep migraine attacks down to a day instead of multiple days, and with no worries about drug side effects.”

“It definitely serves as a distraction from headache pain but does not always end the pain. It’s best if used within 10 minutes of the first twinge of migraine.”
