We are sorry to hear this. If your migraine headache is not aborted following treatment, you may administer additional treatments. There is not a limit to the number of times in a day you may treat, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use. “It connected when I first received it. Now I need treatment and it will not connect”

Please call Nerivio customer support at 937-637-4846 and we will assist you. In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to resolve the connectivity issue. Please do not skip any steps. 1. Turn your phone off, turn your phone back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs. -If your device is paired, you will see that a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen: you are connected and ready to treat! -If the device does not pair on its own, please go to step 7. 7. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button at the bottom of your treatment screen. - Device should pair, you will see a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen, you are connected and ready to treat! -You may also choose to connect your device through the “more” menu> Choose “Nerivio Device” >Then “Connect a new Nerivio Device”. -Follow the prompts and you are ready to treat!

“It helped to keep my migraine from blowing all the way up. I caught it quick this time. But I’m still unwell. I wish it worked better and I wish we knew if the process could be used to prevent an attack.”
