“The product is great!! the down fall is that you cant reorder until you use all of what you have. then while waiting on my new script i seem to have my worse migraines. would be nice to get them faster.”

You can reorder before you have used up the 12 treatments in each Nerivio® device! Call ProCare pharmacy at 877-210-1206. You can even order more then one device at a time.

“It is helpful in bring the pain down, or delaying the pain of migraine until later in the day. It's very expensive so I don't use it often enough. The device sometimes has trouble connecting to bluetooth. You should send a return label with each order so it is easy to recycle the device. Thank you”

“If I catch a migraine early enough and use Nerivio, I sometimes am able to stave off the migraine. It usually comes back, but Nerivio has allowed me to get through days I might otherwise have missed out on due to migraine. I very much wish that the devices had more sessions built into them. Having to get an entirely new device, armband, etc. every 12 sessions or so feels very wasteful.”

Thank you for your helpful feedback. Theranica made the choice to have Nerivio be disposable at this time. When rechargable batteries become less expensive and lighter weight this choice will be reconsidered. Contact support@nerivio.com with your mailing address and we will send you a prepaid envelope for recycling the devices.

Each Nerivio® device can be used for twelve 45-minute treatments. Usage for each person can vary so it's not a consistent refill -it's based on individual refill request. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact Nerivio Cares USA based customer support at 1-937-637-4846.
