“Customer service is excellent. I have had issues with festoon lights and in each case a replacement has been issued with no problem whatsoever. Means I can buy with confidence.”

“I can’t thank Solar Centre enough. I contacted them regarding some of my lights having stopped working and after sending a video of the offending lights, I’ve had another email informing me that a replacement set will be sent to me. Thank you Ella and thank you Solar Centre.”

“Excellent customer service. Have bought several products from this company. Had an issue with one set of lights and emailed the company for assistance. Ella was quick to respond and was most helpful. A replacement set of lights is being sent.”

“Having bought lights from this company before and have always been delighted with our purchase our last order had a set of faulty lights. However after emailing the company, Ella got back to me straight away to send out a replacement set. Fantastic service that acted very quickly to resolve the issue. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Excellent customer service. Responded to a problem when solar lights failed. Gave troubleshooting advice and when I advised this had not worked, replacement lights sent out immediately. I’ve been very happy with all my purchases from the solar centre and now with their excellent after sale service. Thank you.”

“I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have a number of different lights from the SC and the quality, range and price is amazing. If there should be a problem the customer service team are there to help you out and from my experience they are second to none.”

“I cannot praise the Support Team at Solar highly enough, we had a recharge issue with one of the lights i purchased, and within less than an hour of having a chat with one of the team ,Ella, the problem was resolved. First Class Service , and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Solar Centre .”

“Excellent after sales customer service. Purchased a number of solar lights and one failed after a few months. The company offered some initial advice and quickly agreed to replace the faulty light when it became obvious there was a problem. Would definitely purchase again in the future.”

“Great after service from company. After cutting through wires by mistake I requested to buy a new string of bulbs, to my delight company replaced them free off charge. First class after service. The lights performance is excellent. Thanks again.”

“Excellent up down solar wall light purchased last week. Free delivery and arrived within 2 days of ordering, so good. Bought in the Black Friday sale so a very good price. Query regarding USB charging immediately resolved by Suzie in double quick time. This is a great company to deal with who resolve any issues you may have. Happy to make further purchases in the future.”

“Had faulty lights and contacted and reply was very prompt and Nicole who dealt with it was very efficient and got it sorted and new lights sent out all within a couple of days. Will definitely order from here again. Very good service. Thank you”
