“My unit worked fine for 8 months before failing. It was very easy to report the fault by email. The Solar Centre customer service were excellent. They responded courteously and quickly, and after troubleshooting, sent a new replacement unit out to me quickly.”

“I have bought a number of products from The SolarCentre and have always found the product to be of good quality and delivery is always prompt. Most recently I have had a set of lights which have failed. The Solar Centre dealt with the issues within 24hrs and provided me with a replacement set. Great customer service. Well done Solar Centre”

“Had a problem with one of my Solar lights and contacted the Solar Centre. Their response was first class, quick, efficient and although communication was on line the tone of the conversation was excellent. Very pleased and would highly recommend”

“My 10yrs old solar light needed a new pir sensor but the light in question was discontinued. However Solar Centre kindly offered me 30% discount on a new light of my choosing. Great stuff.”

“I ordered 10 Gemini lights. Unfortunately 6 weeks after install 2 of the lights failed. I contacted customer services, they were very apologetic and immediately shipped 2 replacement lights which duly arrived promptly. Excellent after sales service.”

“I have ordered previously Edinburgh festoon lights and some mini lights.. I ordered another set of each. Unfortunately two small post caps were not lighting properly. Contacted Solar Centre and new ones were delivered promptly. Excellent lights and buyer experience 1st class service.. Highly recommend this company and their merchandise.. 👍💫”

“Having purchased numerous and different lights from the solar centre over a number of years I have turned what was a dark foreboding back garden into a welcoming illuminated space and never had occasion to contact them about a problem with any puchase.despite some being a number of years old,however recently one light although still working began to behave erratic so I sent an email to Solar centre to explain the problem and recieved a reply from a lady called Nicole who couldn’t have been more helpful and was lovely and informed me a replacement was on its way leaving me delighted with the speed and efficiency of their customer service i can highly recommend the solar centre for the quality,price,and range of products they offer”

“Brilliant customer care I received my order and was a little disappointed that they were a warm white light rather than cool white to match ones previously purchased. I emailed the support team and they sorted a replacement for me straight away. No fuss or argument. Cannot rate them highly enough. Also, this is my 4th purchase and the quality of the lights supplied is great. Would highly recommend.”

“Having bought a solar powered light from solar centre and charged it up as per manufacturer’s instructions I was disappointed to find that the light would not come on when it was dark. I contacted customer service and they told me to try some checks on it , unfortunately the light still didn’t turn on. So they sent me a new base out within a couple of days. I must say this company has a brilliant customer service team and I would buy in the future with confidence. I will be happy to give it a 5 star rating on Amazon and thank the team for their quick response.”

“We purchased several lights from Solar Centre last May. The quality of the solar lighting is outstanding and we have been really pleased with them. Unfortunately, one of the solar panels for the up lighting we purchased went faulty just outside of the warranty period. After contacting the solar centre, not only did they offer to replace the solar panel at no extra cost, they then replaced the whole light FOC because the lighting had been upgraded. The customer service representative I spoke to, Ella, was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. Not only are the products of high standard but their customer service is second to none. It is great to see in this day and age, a company that sees the importance of great customer service that supports the products they sell. Really pleased we found this company and if you are thinking of purchasing outside lighting, look no further than the Solar Centre.”
