“Excellent company to deal with. I have ordered several lights from this company and they look amazing in situ. However I did have a faulty light recently but customer service arranged for a replacement light to be sent out that day. Would have no hesitation in recommending Solar Centre to friends and family Isobel”

“Fantastic customer service. helping me to identify the best lights for me. Garden looks amazing, better than with any previous products from other companies. They do offer a spare parts service online but the part I needed wasn’t showing, but the friendly Nicole got it sorted for me! (The damage was Rugby ball related, not product fault!)”

My solar security light lasted for more than 5 years and, when I wanted to replace it with an identical one, customer service went beyond the call of duty to help me find the model details. I have always had good service from this company and will continue to use them for all my solar needs.”

“The solar lights developed a fault after a few months and I contacted the support centre for their advice. They gave me some trouble shooting tips which did not work. When I got in touch again, they were very quick to respond and issued a replacement set of lights. I can honestly say that their customer service is outstanding.”

“I had a problem with one of the garden lights from a set of four and contacted the The Solar centre. They suggested a remedy which didn't solve the issue and immediately sent a replacement light which solved the problem. I didn't think service as good as this existed anymore, the Solar centre couldn't have been more helpful and the quality of their products is exceptional. I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“Having purchased several different types of solar lights which we were extremely satisfied with a problem occurred our latest purchase the solar fairy lights. On contacting customer services they immediately replied, were helpful and after researching possible solutions with no positive results replacement components were supplied without any fuss. Very satisfied with the service and outcome. Would definitely purchase again from here.”

“I had an issue with my solar panel, but the customer service team were brilliant! They talked though some possible solutions, which unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue but a replacement was sent and all works great! I love my lights and I’d 100% would recommend the SolarCentre!”

“The customer service of the solar centre is just fantastic. I had a faulty light and they contacted me back within a day saying they were sorry and another light was on the way and already despatched. I was delighted no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend solar centre lights are brilliant my garden has only solar centre lights in it and have lasted me years so this was a one off faulty one. Very happy customer”

“My experience has been very positive. 4 different products purchased over last 2.5 years. 1 had a fault that developed 9 months later and they made a replacement for me. Very easy to deal with, very friendly, and great products”

“Always get my garden lights from the Solar Centre. Had an issue with a set. Set an email, I did have to wait a while for a response, for which they appologised for, and a new set was sent out to me. My issue was dealt by Paulina and Nicole. Many Thanks.”
