“HAD.I EOUL A PROBLEM WITH LATE DELIVERY.CONTACTED SOLAR CENTER,THEY HAD A GLITCH IN THERE SYSTEM.AND TOLD ME THAT THE ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERD NEXT DAY.IT WAS MORE THAN HAPPY. HOWEVER THEY ALSO SENT ME TODAY THE SAME ITEM.CONTACTED THEM TODAY,THEY SAID I COULD KEEP THE ITEM I WOUD SAY THE SERVICE I HAD FROM THEM WES OUTSTANDING.”

“I bought some lights over a year ago and are really happy with them. The postl light was damaged recently by a delivery driver so I contacted the Solar Centre about a spare part. Parys the customer service person was really helpful, replied to my email straight away and went the extra mile to help. It was great service and I'd highly recommend the Solar Centre. Thank you Parys!”

“I have bought a number of different lights from The Solar Centre over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, I recently had an issue with a set of outdoor solar lights that stopped working approximately 5 months after purchase. I emailed to let customer services know and following a couple of email exchanges, I had a replacement sent out to me that arrived within 48 hours. Aminah was extremely helpful about it and it made me glad that I had bought from them. I'm not sure that I would have had the same support from other retailers - I can thoroughly recommend The Solar Centre!”

“This is a great company with an amazing array of fabulous products at really good prices. I purchased several items for my garden from them last year and have been delighted with my choices. They’ve certainly brightened up my garden, even throughout the winter despite shorter days and less sunshine. I had a small issue with one product but customer service was first class both in fast response and resolution on my problem. I’ve recommended The Solar Centre to all my friends and relatives and shall definitely be adding some more solar lights to my garden.”

“My garden lights developed a fault after approx. 10 months. Both Parys and Nicole tried to solve the issue by asking me to do a series of tests, when this failed to fully rectify the problem, a replacement set of lights was immediately sent out to me - Excellent service. I currently have 3 sets of USB garden lights as well as 4 USB torch lights, all of them are great products and so convenient to use.”

“These are probably the brightest and longest lasting LED lights we've had, and considering the pricing, very good value. Sadly a couple decided to play up, but the customer service was excellent with a quick response to sending replacements.”

“I bought some Elan Festoon lights back in August. Sadly 4 of the lights packed up. A quick call to customer services and spoke to a wonderful assistant called Parys. Well, she could be more helpful. A quick email with a photo of the lights that had failed and a new set is on its way. No quibble, no “oh you’ll have to take them back to where you got them! “ Just top class, excellent customer service, as it should be. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two!! Thanks again The Solar Centre top top service”

“Contacted customer service in the mornig and was helped by a very efficient lady called Parys. By early afternoon problem resolved and a new set requested. Can’t get better than that and would thoroughly recommend buying from Solar Centre. Thank you Parys.”
