“I have bought quite a few things from this company over the last few years and like their products and their after sales service. They have swiftly dealt with any problems and appear to always put the customer first. My latest purchase was the advanced smart outdoor lights I put up outside for Xmas. Looked very good and my granddaughter loved setting the light modes. They did develop a slight problem and the Solar Centre dealt with it promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Would recommend.”

“I wouldn't buy anywhere else - I've been buying solar lights from the Solar Centre for years as I know that their products last years (as opposed to the products I've bought from B&Q and Homebase which stop working after months). Their products are great quality and last long. Recently, I had an issue with an order and they were super-fast to rectify it. Great customer service.”

“Many thanks to the Solar Centre for our superb lights. I got them last year and they twinkled away beautifully over the Christmas period. So easy to set up, simple to charge, and the solar panel sensor means they only use battery power when it's dark. Genius. When I got the lights out this year, they didn't work. All it took was an email to the Solar Centre, a reply with easy-to-follow instructions which helped us to work out the fault was with the lights rather than the battery, and a replacement string of lights was with me in a few days. Absolutely first class service. Thanks Solar Centre!”

“I have been pleased with the quality and service I have received but the true test of a company is how they deal with problems. I recently had a faulty solar light and the issue was dealt with efficiently via email and my replacement light is on its way to me .My thanks to Aminah for her help”

“We ordered a Edinburgh USB Solar Festoon Lights and four deck lights from Solar Centre for Christmas decoration in our new house. Ordered items arrived on time. However, one of the bulbs was not in function. We contacted Solar Centre and received a very quick response from the customer service with a very satisfied solution - They sent a new set to us in serveral days. Big thanks to Aminah！ Their excellent service lights up our new house in this Christmas on time. Many thanks indeed. Highly recommended Solar Centre.”

“First rate customer service. The lights I received were faulty, which I traced to a faulty solar panel. A replacement was despatched promptly and the fairy lights are now twinkling away brightly in the snow.”

“Bought one set in the summer on a neighbour's recommendation, it worked straight out of the box*. Arrived must faster than the suggested delivery time. Just received a more seasonal which arrived in super quick time. Very happy. * It suddenly stopped working after a few months due to a line fault, Solar Centre replaced it, no quibbles. Excellent customer service!!”

“Best price, Very well designed products, Customer Services very helpful. I needed a solar panel light for my stable and bought the Vortex-Solar-Shed-Light. Further, My Fitting Feedback: > If intending to sometimes use during gloomy daylight when light will not work as solar is charging, then consider purchasing a DC Inline rocker Switch Cable 5.5mm x 2.1mm Jack, instead of having to fumble to unplug/replace solar power cable. Further, to give confidence light switches are correctly left in the gloom, consider marking 1 switch end with tape so can always feel leaving switch set to tape. > If considering fitting solar under a beam, then first check limited ability to angle solar panel upwards. Further, if fitting under beam using mounting plate in U-shape, then consider fitting with a M6 x 80mm screw/nut instead of the 2 horizintal screws to provide extra confidence against high winds > Inner light disc can indeed be pushed in/outwards away from outer for rotating/aligning switch vertically. > Not verified yet, but I understand re-chargable batteries in light may be 3*AA, which can be removed / recharged in a normal battery charger if need to top-up/replace.”
