“I have been very impressed with the excellent service from Solar Centre. My first order was delivered within a week of purchase and then another order for 3 extra Solar garden lamps came through even quicker. On receipt of these I found that a spike was damaged, reported this and within three days a replacement was sent, but it was the wrong size for the product. Reported this and the next day I received the correct item. Whenever you speak with Solar Centre they are always polite and very helpful. I can fully recommend them and their products.”

“I had an issue with my decking lights, I spoke to an advisor over the live chat and they talked me through the steps. The lights turned out to be faulty and they arranged for a replacement right away. A few days later I placed another order and missed the discount code from my order, they added it on and arranged a refund for the difference. Cannot faulty the customer service team, they were willing to go above and beyond with helping customers, this is hard to come by these days.”

“Faultless and smooth service, needed help for a step in my order. So I popped onto the live chat and I was guided through and they even offered to wait until I was happy with my order. Now my lights have arrived and they are beautiful, the customer service went above and beyond to help. If I could give more stars I would!!”

“First class chat support online; reassured me so I feel confident to place a reasonable order. Even gave a few guidance tips to ensure best installation. More than the supermarkets etc but their cheap offerings are all failed and off to the tip/recycling after a year. Buy cheap, buy twice! Recommended.”

“After a short discussion with Ruksana regarding a faulty light we returned it directly to the Warehouse on the Thursday afternoon. By the following Monday we received a brand new replacement. Now admiring it on our patio. Very pleased indeed. Shame that some others have negative experience. Can only speak as I find. No quibbles. Jolly good :)”

“I have purchased products , mainly Posts and Truro wall lights, for svevral years and they have been effective and reliable products- giving good light in all light conditions. When a problem arose it was handled quickly and professionally. Products arrive quickly, well packaged and in good condition. I have no hesitation in recommending and re-purchasing.”

“I purchased 300 lumify warm white bulbs after approx 10months the solar panel packed up. I e-mailed them and because of covid they couldn't at that time access the warehouse. I was told not to send repeat emails. So I waited it turned out some many months. in the end I e-mailed them again after maybe 10 months they sorted out the problem and sent me a new Solar panel with no charge. I just expected them not to do anything. I could always charge the the lights with usb. I think the company kept their word and the lights have always impressed me. I will use them again.”

“A repeat purchase of a Truro light as it is an excellent product. The light arrived within time stated, well packed again and is now lighting up my garden with the others previously purchased very effecively. I highly recommend this company and it’s products.”
