“PERFUME WAS WORSE THAN BATHROOM ODOURS. A drop of the liquid onto a painted cabinet lifted the white paint off in a ring.I am now faced with repaintng the cabinet.”

“Very disappointed. Box was ripped and not at all happy that the goods were mace in China. Your company gives the impression goods are mace in Somerset and I will not be giving this as a present now”

“I used your company for several years. You changed the AAA Rose Petal soap (do you really manufacture it?) I was assured by your rather unsympathetic customer care dept, that it was just as good and the rose perfume lasts as long. I assure you it does not. As you reap you sow. Goodbye”

“Not yet received because, as we were out, the Royal Mail did not leave the parcel like other couriers do and take a photo, but took it back to the sorting office on the other side of town. Hope to collect it today. The Royal Mail are a nuisance. Wish companies would not use them.”
