“I telephoned this order through and they were very helpful and arranged for quick delivery. On the order form, it’s specified that the driver would contact me 30 minutes before delivery and the vehicle would have a tail lift. Unfortunately, he did not contact me and the lorry did not have a tail lift. However, I was able to get some assistance and we were able to successfully offload it. The driver was also very helpful. So overall a good experience I would consider using this company again.”

“Easy ordering, took a while to arrive! The tracking system was difficult to understand just a load of symbols and it wasn't clear when it was due to arrive. No one messaged or rang to say it was being delivered so it was lucky that I was at home!”

“The tank has arrived and awaits installation. My only complaint is that - though I specified in my order that I must be contacted to agree a date for delivery, I was only phoned by the driver when he was 5 minutes from my home down a small country lane. I was working abroad and had my wife not happened to be home, he would not have been able to deliver. Such a large item cannot be treated as a little packge from Amazon. There needs to be a contact number given at the time of ordering with the delivery company.”

For Harlequin Oil Tank orders we generally email the delivery date 2 days before the delivery (at point of despatch). “Good Customer support and a quick order turn around. The tank arrived earlier than expected which was great. There were a couple of draw backs as below, but all in all a good experience: The tank arrived with the paint still ‘tacky’ I assume this is because of the quick turn around and as they supply 2 bottles of paint which can be reapplied - this was fine as when the installation was complete we gave the tank a full extra coat and still had some left over for future use which is great. The tank didn’t come with a label stating its capacity or any details such as being Bunded or a serial number - I would like to see this addressed so that everyone who deals with the tank knows its specifications - from being a customer knowing its full capacity to an oil supplier knowing it is Bunded. This would also help with registering the tank installation with Oftec.”

“No problem with tank shop apart from the reason I ordered from them was due to the delivery showing 3 days .... then after I ordered I got the dreaded email that it will take 2 weeks to arrive ....caused timing issues my end ...so if they updated the delivery to show no stock then it would be five stars from me .. once it was in stock as such delivery was fine and easy to track... guy gives you a call when close so you can plan to some extent.”

“The Tank Shop staff were easy to contact, helpful and accommodating. Answering my questions quickly and as comprehensively as they could. Unfortunately, to fit the tank into position, we will need to get a machine into a neighboring farmer's field and that field is waterlogged. I've had our old tank refilled and we will wait for the spring to fit the new tank. In the meantime, I will store it on our drive. Using the lifting eye has already damaged the paint and I would suggest you provide a pot of touch-up paint with your tanks to fix any paint damaged in fitting it.”
