Product is as described and the delivery driver was very nice considering he'd had a long day of deliveries but my estimated delivery day was Thursday so I was a bit shocked and unprepared when I got a call on my way home from work on Monday saying the tank would be with me within the hour. Luckily I have family and friends close by but everyone was scrambling when a simple email the day before or the same morning even would have caused a lot less stress.

We have looked into your issue and have been advised by logistsics that they attempted to contact you twice to book in the delivery. As they were unable to contact you they arranged delivery in the hope that it would be successul and fortunately it was. Of course, if it hadn't have been possible to deliver the driver woul dhave moved on to the next delivery and we would have continued to try to contact you, If there's anything we can do to make your next experience smoother, please let us know. We had to par addtitonal delviery charge to get the tank which is fine but then received a stream of calls from the delviery driver who when getting close to his destination wanted directions to the yard, despite having the full postcode and site address. My frustration is that if you are charging a premiuim for delivery than the driver should be competent to navigate or use google maps than being unable or unwilling to find it themselves.

I was made aware that the tank would be dilivered by a lorry with a hydraulic taillift,this was not the case,a forklift was required,which was not available,the driver dropped the tank into my trailer,which i was not happy about,if i had been made aware of this beforehand i would have made other arrangments for delivery. The installation team are coming on Monday next week,we will carry out out a full inspecton of the tank for any damage,proir to fitting.

Delivery was on time and order arrived complete. On the whole very happy with my product but the packaging was useless. I understand that these tanks are hard wearing but it was just wrapped in a plastic bag with no protection so arrived with scuffed corners. It’s not the end of the world but considering how much you charge a little more care attention was expected.

Easy to place the order but the reason for not giving a good review is due to the delivery and lack of customer service when trying to sort out the missing delivery. On each phone call I made a message was taken to be passed on without taking into account or accommodating the urgency of my issue, what they failed to tell me was the office was closed for the afternoon, which would have been useful to know whilst people were stood around waiting for a delivery that wasn't coming

Hi Duncan. As per my email it does appear that the courier has misdelivered your order (the order was signed for on 15/9/23). The courier is attempting to collect and redeliver to you. If they are unable to do this we will despatch a replacement on Monday. Many thanks for your patince.

Lack of contact for Transport, was told one day (didn’t even turn up after waiting in ALL day Friday) finally after the weekend i got a call Monday. Not happy after waiting in and 2 days off work

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your review. We do apologise that the tank wasn't delivered on the Friday as you had been advised. When chasing this up the haulier advised that the delivery had "failed" and that would be re-delivered on the Monday (I personally emailed you regarding this on the Saturday). We contacted you with this information and you said you were going to check your CCTV. We haven't yet heard back from you with this evidence that we could pass onto the haulier and query their failed reason for not delivering. Unfortunately deliveries can fail from time to time and there could have been another reason for this. We do apologise that our service wasn't the 5 star that it usually is.

Unfortunately not all the order arrived together which was a bit frustrating. Having said that after a couple of phone calls to the office (extremely helpful and apologetic call handlers) all the order eventually arrived in several different deliveries

No phone contact before the delivery window, he just turned up. Also, WHY oh WHY don't you deliver these monstrous things on a Hiab truck to crane them off? Not everyone has half a dozen people at a drop of a hat or a forklift at their disposal and if you don't advise when you're arriving as in this case, that makes it even worse. We were lucky as the driver stopped overnight in our car park so we offloaded the following morning. I'm also unaware of the FoC Plastic Isolation Ball valve as part of the delivery. Have not seen that.

Thank you for your honest review Philip, and taking the time to take my call to apologies for the issues and understand your review fully. Following our conversation, I can confirm that the reason for the lack of communication regarding the delivery date was due to a Logistics system outage at Enduramaxx, which affected the deliveries for almost a week. They were working using a manual system. You still should have been contacted but it appears that this didn't happen in your case. Enduramaxx have apologised for this omission. Regarding a HIAB delivery. This can be arranged in most cases, but this is charged in addition and can be very costly. Therefore most people do have a method of offloading. This had been discussed when you placed the order and you advised that you were able to offload, however the lack of communication from Enduramaxx obviously made this very difficult for you, and unnecessarily frustrating. The final point is the free isolation valve. This should be located under the lid of the tank. As discussed, please check and if this isn't the case do let me know so that we can ensure a replacement is sent to you immediately. Thanks once again for your review and we hope your tank will give you many years or service.

Hi Martin. Your tank was despatched on Monday. The courier will be in touch to book in the delivery. Sorry they haven’t yet, I can only assume at this moment that they are under pressure leading up to Christmas. I will chase up 1st thing on Monday for you.
