“This review is somewhat delayed. I placed my first order with The TechGeeks one day shy of 3 weeks ago. Dispatched quickly the package arrived ridiculously late due to who know's what goes on at Australia Post all too frequently. In that time I had contact with folks at TechGeeks via both email and over the phone. The communication I had with those folks, left me feeling assured that I was valued as a customer and in the hands of people who were very professional and highly competent. My thanks to those I've had contact with. I have no hesitation in recommending TechGeeks.”

“Overall a pretty good experience, and I would recommend it to others. Some of the prices I wouldn't say are as competitive, however the responsiveness and honesty of the communication, and expediency of the shipping I feel make up for that. I did also order brand new to the market Ubiquiti products that can't be purchased almost anywhere else yet, so it's fair to expect a bit of a premium with that. However, it was noted the products came directly from Ubiqutui and so I would have assumed they would be AU stock, but the box said UK and had a UK plug. An AU power plug was thrown in seperately, but it might be worth adding a note to customers in the future that this is expected and will not impact the warranty.”
