They were great to talk to and easy to deal with. Bought two solar SIM card cameras for watching stock in the paddock two weeks ago. Reolink Keen Ranger Pt has been ok but after two days of rainy weather it stopped and was flat. I recharged it inside and reset it and it’s working ok again now. I’m just having trouble reducing the false alerts. I also bought a Reolink TrackMix LTE and it has been great. More adjustable. Follows the movement across the monitored area and lasted longer over the wet weather but it too has stopped and needs to be reset and recharged. I’m hopeful it’s not going to keep happening as I have just bought two more of the trackmixlte

I was weary at first when I purchased from Tech Geeks as I usually purchase from other competitors and this company is not that well known to me. But they had a product no one else had so I made the purchase and was pleasantly surprised to see it was shipped out that day and I got in a few days later. I'm very happy with the purchase, with Tech Geeks and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Thanks so much for your honest review. I have looked your order. I can see we charged you $15 for standard shipping but sent it to you on Priorty at no extra charge. Unfortunately, shipping actually costs us more than we charge, so I'm sorry you felt it was high. I am also not sure about the less-than-obvious inclusion of GST, as we clearly show both prices on our website. Thank you for your purchase and I am pleased we were able to ship to you in April a product that was not available from any other Australian supplier at that time.
