“Both camera boxes had dents in one corner like it has been dropped, but there was no rips in the packaging . Maybe they were damaged at Reolink. Luckily the cameras are ok.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and really sorry they arrived that way. They do have a lot of packing inside to protect against this, but we will check with the warehouse to make sure packing is done correctly.

“The Reolink cameras are pretty good. Sometimes not able to pick up wifi, a little slow to pick up signal but once established good and stable with high signal. Up to now pleased but early days I guess. Regards Mei.”
