“Equipment has not arrived yet but out of your control. Can’t fault communication so far, I’ll be sure to let you know once I have tested and installed, I’m not a tech guru so likely lean on you guys a bit for trouble shooting”

“Great web site & pricing, you tube videos and really high touch and responsive customer service. Only let down was that the items were dispatched in two packages from different locations, 1st arrived within 24 hrs, the other after 7 days. Delivery partner (Aramax) for 2nd package really let them down.”

“Overall the experience was good. Initial communication regarding the delay with my delivery was a bit confusing, but there was a second person (Paul ) who was very helpful and clarified in some detail what the delay was and when I could explain my delivery. So it arrived as expected and I'm very happy with my purchase and the overall solution that The Tech Geeks came up with for the Unifi door chime using the EU power adaptor. It works a treat!”
