“Placed an order on 1st December. Got confirmation on 3rd of dispatch. Got cancellation on 5th. Got a refund for 1 item on 6th after I had sourced the items elsewhere. They Got a confirmation from courier and online that order was comming, turns out the email that stated order was cancelled should only say one item was. I astablished this after a 25 minute wait gor customer service, although their wait time at the beginning of the call said 9 minutes. Spoke to a lovely chap named Ryan who was very honest and explained it was their email mistake, he cancelled my order and gave a full refund. If you know you have an email issue sort it, also had to laugh as email confirming refund said we are sorry courier has lost your parcel.”

“I have no words to describe my dissatisfaction with this 2022 entertainer. You added only fine dining restaurants. you canceled all the bars and restaurants that were there all these years, not to mention the offer for my birthday😑 sent me an email that I have free mani pedi, drinks for my birthday, and when I open the app there are 10 restaurants and out of 10 restaurants, only three have an offer for my birthday. really wasted money for this app from next year we won't even use entertainer again. and that's what you get for 700aed pure disappointment”

“We purchased a Tumble Rocket game for our grand daughter. She hadn’t played the game till we visited her. This game is a budget version of Kerplunk, my advice is buy the original don’t waste your money on this copy. Tumble Rocket, has so many faults, too many sticks which do line with corresponding holes. Not enough holes for straws and when you pour in the marbles they fall straight through. Don’t buy this game.”

“Wanted to do click and collect for an item but couldn't so rang the shop and asked about the item and was told that they had some in stock. So I asked the person if they could keep it behind the till that I will collect it in 30min was told that they can't do it just in case someone does click and collect. So I told him that I wanted to do it and wasn't able to and was still refused. Went there got my item. The toy is great but the service isn't”
