“Went to the Cardiff site after looking at reviews . Didnt really have an idea of what I wanted but was about time . Got there and was met by a gentleman called Jason. Instantly I new this was the place to be . Not just from the selection but from the way I was treated by the whole team but Jason is the most funniest should sale salesperson but I'll say human who wanted best for me and my little boys needs . You cant train what I felt . Was about me not the sale . I would have bought a car early but Jason said no . Then another again no . Jason took me to same car less miles same price which proved trade center is centering the experience about people not just the sale . Even my son who dont talk alot spoke to him . Again spoke to my son and made him part of the sale . Showed him the best fish tank I've seen and bought him sweets from machine . Jason explained that the cars where out of the budget I had mentioned . But because of the 500 pound voucher I could have the car . I know I'm going on but this human this experience have changed my opinion on buying a car and made me more confident . I'll be back in 2yrs . Thank you trade center thank you Jason.”

“I found each staff member I dealt with to be friendly,knowledgeable but most importantly patient. I had my 2 year old son with me which made it difficult but every team member was amazing from start to finish. I ended up buying the car I wanted and they got it for me at a great price.”
