“trade centre were very helpful in helping me part ex my car for a bigger model. the staff were very friendly and patient with me and my young son walking around looking at all the cars and helping me to find the best deals. i am a returning customer. i have never had a problem with how the staff treat me and the customer service level here. would recommend to anyone.”

“Excellent service from all at the Trade Centre Neath (the finance company could have been a little quicker) but all members of staff were very professional and polite and could not do enough to help. Thanks again Shaun Jones, Daniel Pierschinski, Julian Jones and Sam Chapman.”

“The service that I received today in Trade Centre Wales has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in through the door I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner by Ben. Nothing was too much trouble and he put so much time and effort into finding the right car for me. Sean then went through the financial element of the purchase and warranty options and again was so professional and friendly. He made sure I fully understood every element of the purchase and cover before passing me through to Julian. Again I was given the same excellent level of service, everything was explained clearly to me in order to ensure I was happy. I haven't experienced such an exceptional level of customer service at any time in the past and cant recommend Trade Centre Wales highly enough.”

“As soon as I walked through the door, I knew what car I wanted. Mark Williams was there to help straight away and pointed me in the right direction to my favourite car. Hassle free and answered any questions that I had to ask. The other guys there were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Trade Centre Wales. :)”
