After spending time on a Saturday trying to sort out a car had to wait till the Monday for the finance to get sorted. After this I was then told that the mechanic was not happy with the clutch and they were going to fit a new one. Over the next 2 days I had people calling me asking me when I was coming to collect the car - I asked if it was ready and they had to check as they didn't know what was going on.. Finally went to collect the car on Wednesday and surprise no fuel and also noticed the rear trim was a bit loose.. Put fuel in and drove home only to stall at a horrible roundabout - the clutch was stuck and would not go down. Had to sit at a roundabout with lorries and cars rushing past me whilst trying to get the car to move - very scary. In the end it gave way but couldnt drive it, luckily there was a policeman near who stopped the traffic and got me pushed off the roundabout. Had to call the RAC as Trade Centre Wales were not answering their phones and he told me that the gearbox had not been removed so a new clutch had NOT been installed...LIED to about something that could have caused a nasty accident...Also I have no courtesy car as they have none available to me...

If you don't want to pay over the odds for a car then don't shop here, their advert is a complete con to get you at the car supermarket. Shop around elsewhere you will save yourself a couple of grand.

All round horrible experience. "Cardiff North" is Abercynon, which is actually "Merthyr South"! On entering there's a whole line of sales folk waiting like sharks for the kill. Even if you tell them you don't want help the literally stalk you around the showroom. Don't try and sit in a car, all are locked. Definitely don't ask for a test drive, that's for AFTER you've bought it (wtf is the point in that!!) Cars are high mileage and expensive. In summary......Don't, just don't!!!! Zero stars

Just now Dangerous Car Within 3 months of taking the car I discovered: 1. Worn Brake Pads (Very Early) 2. Torn Drove Belt 3. Faulty Brake Callipers (Dangerous) 4. Leaks Around Engine 5. Worn Piston Ring (Oil Excessive Burning) After seeking out help from dealers they have stated these problems were not present at the date of sale. Total cost for all repairs myself £2500 after 3 months, left me in debt and in very low emotional well being in and out of garages several times. Thank you very much trade centre Wales.

Being a previous customer I can honestly say I had no issue with the service the first time I purchased a care. However, this time was awful. They lied on my papers signing I had signed for something that wasn’t there when it was. Parcel shelf missing for car after they did their inspection. They order a new one and ordered something that is not a parcel shelf. Utter rubbish. Waiting for a return call for three weeks. Get it sorted or you’re having the car back simples

Bought a vehicle on 21/10/21 to get 20 miles down the road to have to pull over as my car was smoking! Phoned the branch to tell them for them to tell me to phone rac and if the can’t fix at roadside the have it towed to the branch! On inspection from RAC Over filled with oil, engine management light came on, substance spilled all over engine a fuel leak. Spent hours waiting for it to be towed and I had to find a lift home over 30 miles. Nobody has contacted me absolutely shocking. I see why they are so keen to push rac cover on you now. Would not recommend.

Sales representative dont have proper knowledge. When I asked for BMW 1 series 2015 they explained me its good car front wheel drive as we all know none of the BMW hatchback are front wheel they are all rear wheel drive. Also when I bought the car and asked to show me the paper what we discussed with different in paper . They manipulate the things so please have a proper look in your paper at the time you are buying. Price is too high. If you check them same variant car with same spec same model year its quiet cheap in the market and even at authorized dealer. I wont recommend any one to buy any car from Tradecentre.

I bought a car for my elderly mother on Saturday 18th September. We were told this vehicle had a FULL SERVICE HISTORY. Upon examining the service record the last service was carried out in 2019! THIS IS NOT A FULL SERVICE HISTORY! Apart from this, I was told to attend and collect the car at 11am on Sunday. I had advised Laura the finance lady that I had to drive back to Essex Sunday afternoon so it was important that this car be ready for me to collect ASAP on Sunday. I called at 10.18 on Sunday and spoke to a lady who said “Yes the vehicle is all ready for you, come when you are ready.” I arrived at 11.15 and was told the car was having an MOT and was not ready. TWO HOURS went by and I enquired again to be told the car was being valeted. Another 45 mins went by and the car arrived, UN-VALETED, with almost ZERO fuel in it and glue from a sticker still splashed across the drivers side screen! NO vehicle handover whatsoever! I wasn’t even provided with the spec of the vehicle! I was recommended to come to you guys for a car by my sister who has bought from you in the past, she is now embarrassed by that! All in all I feel I have had a very poor experience of your company and have been MISS SOLD a vehicle on the pre-tense it has a full service history WHICH IT HAS NOT! Please advise how you intend to rectify this ASAP??? Thank you!

Car broke down 7 months after buying, we'd been in lockdown mind so didn't use it like we would have £5000 to fix!!! Sold warranty by trade centre wales, not worth the paper it was written on!! All the reviews seem to be about staff selling cars, yes very friendly couldn't do enough, but if the car you buy isn't Road worthy then it's tough basically!!

Pushy salesman who made me believe my deposit was refundable. I left for an hour to make the final decision and decided not to buy the car only to be told my refund was non refundable. Aggressive salesman, terrible attitudes and customer service and high mileage cars.

8000 for a car that started to fall to piece not long after it left the forecourt. That plus the salesmen who will literally follow you around pushing you into a sale. Even when me and my partner want to have a private conversation he would stand close enough to listen in. Disgusting company Pushy salesmen Terrible cars Terrible aftercare

Even though I had cash to buy a car they really tried to push me to take finance on it, it felt like a really hard sell. The cars seemed very expensive compared to other dealers in the area.
