“Just all round awful customer experience. Lied to, drove 45 mins for a car I had agreed to come and buy just an hour before to get there and be told it’s gone. Cocky salesmen, from what I’ve heard from friends they wouldn’t recommend so think I had a lucky escape. GO TO RON SKINNERS”

As you can imagine, our showrooms can become busy with customers and if the deal is right and the car meets their needs, they are entitled to go ahead and purchase as we do not offer reservations or stock holds. “Coming to the end of my finance agreement and have had calls at least three times daily about their offers despite being asked to be removed from calling list. All they have done is push me away from them when I do actually want a new car”

“Bought a focus st back in January 2019 nothing but hassle only a 40k millage car with supposedly full Ford history.. incompetent mechanics at there branch who couldn't fix the vehicle it's been in to them 12 times where my finance company black horse have stepped in sent an independent assessor which has now resulted in the vehicle being sent to my Ford dealership where they've got it diagnosing an to see what's going to happen from there.. would never go back the only save an grace I have is that my fiance company have gotten involved and helped out as trade centre never want to know even accused me of fiddling with my car because they found a laptop in the boot when working on the vehicle they had no reason to be in the boot what so ever couldn't even fit a new steering rack without twisting the gators up absolute waste of space and time do not waste your money go to a reputable garage they promise you the world until you buy the vehicle then your left in the dumps”

“TRADE CENTER WALES purchased a Nissan Juke 1.2 on finance from neath branch on 04-10-2018. 3 week later had to go back in back bumper was lose it had be rescued. 2 months later the back bumper paintwork started cracking. Where under the poor respray was another coating booked it into local branch for it to be fixed and resprayed this was done promptly, On 03-02-2019 my car and a neighboring car was hit whiles parked outside our home. Next door car was shunted into the back of my car, my car had minor damage to the centre of the back bumper. We took the claim through third-party insurance on repair by RGM (Body repair shop) found serious damage to the back right driver side. the whole back end had to be rebuilt as it was deemed unsafe, the accident on the 03-02-2019 had no impact or damage around the area that was deemed unsafe. I had not seen the report till everything was approved on my behalf by auxilis and had the car back. with a previous respray and photo evidence of accident on 03-02-2019 proves that trade center wales neath branch had sold me a car that was in a rear ended accident prior to my ownership that was deemed unsafe. trade center wales refuse to compensate or to get the car a 307 point check or out of the HPI agreement i am taking legal action and need help funding my case to be heard.
