“We attended Trade Centre Wales on 11/04/19. Buying my first car i was a bit worried about peoples previous reviews, however when we got here, we were greeted and spoken to straight away, as well as been picked up from the train station and bought to the showroom. The staff have been very friendly, and have supported us and answered any questions we have had to their best ability. The only negative side of our experience was that when we attended the showroom, we had an idea of the exact car we wish to go away with however the salesman who was showing us around the cars pushed us to another car away from the one i wanted. Luckily for us, we managed to speak with someone else who then gave us the opportunity to look at the other car and we then managed to walk away with the car that we initially looked at, whilst the paper work is abit tedious, and longwinded, it is worth the wait to drive away in the car youve had your eye on for the last 7 days. Overall i rate our experience a 4/5 stars, in hope that the salesmen take this message on board to say that they will support the customer into allowing them to show the staff what car they want and are not pressured into going into a purchase they are not happy with. To the point of this review, we are about to go and do the final part of the agreement and will be driving away today. We didnt get to drive away within the same day. but overall happy customer. - so far.”

“Since we came into the branch we had a perfect first impression. Not only did Sara match my expectations but exceeded them. Mark Williams wasn't pushy with the sales but gave us the correct direction and finance heads up. Thanks for the excellent service. Please can we plod along and go the extra mile. Well done all at the Trade Centre.!”
