“TRADE CENTER WALES purchased a Nissan Juke 1.2 on finance from neath branch on 04-10-2018. 3 week later had to go back in back bumper was lose it had be rescued. 2 months later the back bumper paintwork started cracking. Where under the poor respray was another coating booked it into local branch for it to be fixed and resprayed this was done promptly, On 03-02-2019 my car and a neighboring car was hit whiles parked outside our home. Next door car was shunted into the back of my car, my car had minor damage to the centre of the back bumper. We took the claim through third-party insurance on repair by RGM (Body repair shop) found serious damage to the back right driver side. the whole back end had to be rebuilt as it was deemed unsafe, the accident on the 03-02-2019 had no impact or damage around the area that was deemed unsafe. I had not seen the report till everything was approved on my behalf by auxilis and had the car back. with a previous respray and photo evidence of accident on 03-02-2019 proves that trade center wales neath branch had sold me a car that was in a rear ended accident prior to my ownership that was deemed unsafe. trade center wales refuse to compensate or to get the car a 307 point check or out of the HPI agreement i am taking legal action and need help funding my case to be heard. “Walked into TCW feeling a little overwhelmed as have not been to a car sales place on my own before and was not sure i would be approved for finance but my experience was smooth and easy. The sale person was helpful and gave me time to look around without pushing at me too much. They managed to get me affordable finance and everything went smooth from start to finish.”

“We attended Trade Centre Wales on 11/04/19. Buying my first car i was a bit worried about peoples previous reviews, however when we got here, we were greeted and spoken to straight away, as well as been picked up from the train station and bought to the showroom. The staff have been very friendly, and have supported us and answered any questions we have had to their best ability. The only negative side of our experience was that when we attended the showroom, we had an idea of the exact car we wish to go away with however the salesman who was showing us around the cars pushed us to another car away from the one i wanted. Luckily for us, we managed to speak with someone else who then gave us the opportunity to look at the other car and we then managed to walk away with the car that we initially looked at, whilst the paper work is abit tedious, and longwinded, it is worth the wait to drive away in the car youve had your eye on for the last 7 days. Overall i rate our experience a 4/5 stars, in hope that the salesmen take this message on board to say that they will support the customer into allowing them to show the staff what car they want and are not pressured into going into a purchase they are not happy with. To the point of this review, we are about to go and do the final part of the agreement and will be driving away today. We didnt get to drive away within the same day. but overall happy customer. - so far.”

“Since we came into the branch we had a perfect first impression. Not only did Sara match my expectations but exceeded them. Mark Williams wasn't pushy with the sales but gave us the correct direction and finance heads up. Thanks for the excellent service. Please can we plod along and go the extra mile. Well done all at the Trade Centre.!”
