“ Ordered Strimmer in July for my 82 year old Father as it said it was in stock, they took my payment and then I receive an email stating they expect delivery of stock 5th September, I was furious as ordered new one because previous strimmer(same make and model) less than 12 months old and was told they would be sending replacement battery despite battery showing as fully charged, email regarding this stating middle of September. ”
